The hotel was a huge disappointment overall. The rooms were substandard with various issues like ripped curtains and malfunctioning lights. The staff were unhelpful and poorly trained. The all-inclusive package lacked variety in food and drink options, with even the basic beverages served in an unacceptable manner. Security concerns arose as valuable items went missing under suspicious circumstances, leaving a bitter impression. I strongly advise against staying here.

I couldn't wait to leave this hotel! The rooms were horrible, no entertainment, and the atmosphere was just terrible. I wouldn't stay here again, even if you paid me! My partner and I struggled with the tiny rooms, and we're not even particularly tall. We hoped for at least 5 English TV channels, but that was a letdown. The only decent thing was when the staff fixed a minor issue with the room by the next morning.

This hotel is a complete disappointment, and I would never go back.
